My favourite TV show,
maybe ever,
is Tim & Eric, Awesome Show, Great Job! (yes, thats the title)
I describe it to others as sickeningly funny...and twisted version of public access TV.
The episodes are short.. like 11 minutes.
And its packed full of quick skits to keep you on the edge.
I am amazed how in the length of a 1min skit,
Tim and Eric are able to have you grinning from ear to ear, then looking away in horror.
It features John C Reilly as Dr Steve Brule.
And the show has featured Will Ferrell, Flight Of The Conchords, the dad from Growing Pains, Michael Cera and Zach Galifinilikinipilikisisisis.
Here a few clips to show you how interesting twisted this show is.
I have also taken a bunch of screen shots from different episodes of the show below.
Great Job!

The French Touch
Ive recently completed album cover art for French filter house stars 'Poka' and 'Fairlight'.
The Athens artists use chopped disco samples from the 70s and 80s so I wanted to give it that thrift-store-dollar-bin-disco feel.
Boths EP's are now available through their myspaces
Poka
Fairlight
This is a remix video produced by my friends at Cadillac, the title track 'Believe'.
Its quite a tune.
Here are a few other 'designs in progress' that were eventually decided against.
In other words 'knocked back'.
Day Of Phoenix
Day Of Phoenix were a party of five from Denmark who released this little gemstone in the summer of 1969.
Its catchy psych rock. Really catchy.
Kind of reminiscent me of the perfect blend The Doors had.
Lots of 60's and 70's psych rock can often be very hard to listen to as it becomes to proggie.
This is just a groove!
This is a video of them performing their single 'If You Ask Me' live on some Danish TV show.

Perfect Psych Pop
I stumbled across this album a few weeks ago.
Justine to me is like, Simon and Garfunkel married Fleetwood Mac and then they all moved to sunny California in the 70's.
The group are British, but at times the record seems very influenced by the poppiest side of American folk-rock, particularly in the blends of male and female vocal harmonies, which are extremely reminiscent of the Mamas & the Papas'.
Yet there are also songs that have a more specifically British, gentle reserved acoustic quality.
They seem to blend a whimsical British feel with fuzzy psychedelic guitar, all through perfect harmonies.
They only lasted for one album and split up to go their own solo directions,
none of any being particularly notable.
But together, they were heavy.
I've had this album on non-stop since I discovered it.
Its perfect pop!
